We take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every jar we ship. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We’re happy to offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Replacements are shipped free of charge.

• We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by courier services once the product has left our facility, but we will always do our best to assist.
