We ship our spreads with care from our facility in the United States, using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

We process all orders within 3–4 business days. After that, shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on where you are. You’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the way!

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll make it right - either with a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.
